Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging.
  • Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@cloudslides.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item — in which case we will cover return postage in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after we process it, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order for the size or colour you need.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cloudslides.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
